What you'll do

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and recommend customized exterior remodeling solutions
• follow the established sales process and document appointments, estimates, follow-ups, and projects in company systems
• manage opportunities from consultation through contract
• prepare proposals, communicate with homeowners, address objections, and ask for the sale
• follow up, generate referrals, and develop additional business
• manage pipeline and sales performance metrics.
