The Clinical Counselor / Case Manager (LSW or LPC) role is hybrid in Youngstown, OH, with community-based case management, counseling at the main office, and telehealth. Compensation is $25–$29 per hour, with Monday–Friday office hours. ReNew U Therapy & Wellness provides outpatient behavioral health and substance-use treatment, including counseling and case management. The role divides time between community support and individual counseling for people with mental health, substance-use, or co-occurring disorders. It helps clients access services and resources, supports recovery and daily living, and coordinates treatment with the broader care team.

What you'll do

• Provide CPST, TBS, and substance-use case management in the community
• transport clients to appointments and resources as necessary
• assess needs and monitor symptoms
• coordinate individualized service plans and community supports
• help clients access food, housing, employment, benefits, and medical care
• support daily living skills and recovery
• provide therapeutic behavioral interventions and crisis support as needed
• provide individual counseling in person and via telehealth
• complete diagnostic assessments and treatment plans
• monitor progress
• collaborate with prescribers, case managers, and peer recovery supporters
• maintain clinical documentation and participate in supervision, meetings, and training.
