The role contributes to the company’s tax reporting and compliance by preparing tax provisions and filings, supporting close and forecasting activities, coordinating with external advisors, and helping manage tax notices, audits, and legislative developments.

What you'll do

• Prepare the annual worldwide tax provision under ASC 740, including effective tax rate, FIN48, current and deferred tax calculations, and tax account rollforward
• prepare month-end tax accrual and reserve entries
• coordinate corporate and partnership income tax returns with external advisors
• maintain tax due-date calendar
• prepare estimated tax payments, extensions, and other quarterly and annual filings
• maintain and improve the provision workflow in CorpTax Provision
• track tax notices and assist with audits and controversy
• monitor tax legislation and support special tax projects.
