Description
The Maintenance Technician works directly with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the property is operating efficiently and all maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing all plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry and painting requirements of the property. This position also necessitates being on-call for after hours
