What you'll do

• Manage daily site operations and crew coordination
• coordinate subcontractors and self-performed crews
• monitor field activities and communicate progress and issues
• develop and execute three-week look-ahead schedules
• coordinate trade sequencing, materials, inspections, and access
• enforce safety procedures
• inspect work and coordinate corrections
• manage occupied-building phasing and protection
• prepare daily reports and field records
• coordinate punch-list work.
