What you'll do

• Handle inbound new-business calls and leads
• quote and bind personal lines policies, mainly home and auto
• meet monthly premium-written goals
• cross-sell and round out accounts
• shop the market across carriers for clients
• build relationships with clients and referral partners
• set and track growth goals through the agency’s OKR system.
