The Fulfillment Center Trainer is an onsite role based in Windsor, CT. Compensation is up to $28.50 per hour. This position supports the Safelite Group Inc. fulfillment center team by providing comprehensive training to new hires. The role exists to assist site leadership by training new hires in daily functional and operational duties. The trainer possesses extensive knowledge of all fulfillment tasks and actively contributes to day-to-day operations when not training.
