What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• verify credentials as directed
• respond to incidents and alarms
• prepare activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation
• communicate relevant information to leadership and site contacts.
