Patient Experience Manager

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary patient contact
• coordinate intake, scheduling, confirmations, and communication
• provide in-person and virtual patient support
• respond through text, portal, and email
• support consult preparation and treatment coordination
• manage workflows in Healthie and internal systems
• maintain records and follow-through
• coordinate office opening and closing, supplies, inventory, vendors, provider scheduling, SOPs, onboarding, and operational metrics.
