What you'll do

• Coach retail staff on transactions, service interactions, and procedures
• support onboarding and skill development
• assist with branch cash management and operational controls
• reinforce safety, security, and regulatory readiness
• identify and escalate trends and risks
• engage members to identify needs and recommend solutions
• process complex transactions and service accounts
• resolve escalated member issues.
