Maintenance Technician, Apartment Property

What you'll do

• Complete scheduled repairs and maintenance work
• respond to maintenance requests with a stated 24-hour work-order turnaround
• inspect units, buildings, and common areas
• check and replace lighting as needed
• check physical security of storage areas and entrances
• prepare vacant apartments for occupancy, including painting where required
• assist in directing assigned maintenance staff
• participate in regulated inspections and maintain curb appeal.
