What you'll do

• Oversee clinical operations and resident care
• lead, mentor, schedule, and support nursing and caregiving teams
• ensure regulatory compliance
• conduct resident assessments and oversee care plans
• coordinate healthcare services
• manage medication systems and documentation
• maintain quality assurance and infection control
• support clinical staff hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
• and assist with survey readiness.
