What you'll do

• Own sales performance across the multi-site retail channel, with primary responsibility for Ross Park
• set and manage monthly and quarterly sales targets
• monitor conversion, average order value, and growth
• lead weekly huddles and communication with store managers
• maintain visual merchandising and brand standards
• communicate new product arrivals and selling points
• coach and develop managers and associates
• address performance issues and foster accountability.
