Culinary Aide

What you'll do

• Operate dish machines and food service equipment
• assist with tray-line assembly and restorative dining programs
• prepare food as assigned
• clean and maintain dish machine and service areas
• store clean equipment and utensils
• put away stock
• set up dietary tray cards
• deliver food carts to resident meal areas
• empty garbage and sanitize cans
• communicate with residents, families, and community staff
• follow serving times and sanitation procedures.
