What you'll do

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and the staffing team
• oversee 50–100 employees across hotel departments or client locations
• communicate with clients about staffing needs and issues
• monitor performance metrics and KPIs
• conduct site visits, employee check-ins, and quality assurance walk-throughs
• coordinate with recruiting on selection, onboarding, and scheduling
• address attendance and performance issues
• coach associates
• ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client expectations
• prepare weekly reports.
