What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following site security procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeters
• report unusual conditions and maintenance concerns
• respond calmly to incidents and disturbances
• monitor access points and assist with visitor management
• document incidents, observations, and patrol activity.
