What you'll do

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• handle password resets, printer and drive mappings, Active Directory changes, ERP access, VPN support, email setup, file recovery, and desktop cleanup
• install, configure, upgrade, test, and troubleshoot Windows products and software
• apply security updates and maintain virus protection
• perform system checks and backups
• coordinate license renewals
• document troubleshooting and resolutions
• respond to users by email, phone, text, or other channels
• occasionally work outside standard hours and travel to local worksites.
