What you'll do

• Identify contract vehicles
• prepare, review, negotiate, and execute customer contracts and other agreements
• support subcontract and supplier terms
• administer complex government contracts and modifications
• serve as a contractual point of contact
• coordinate with internal teams
• identify risks and support compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and other requirements
• assert appropriate technical data and software rights
• maintain records and reporting
• issue subcontractor RFPs and conduct cost or price analysis when applicable
• coordinate proposal evaluations
• maintain a small business subcontracting plan.
