Gift Officer — Donor Portfolio and Fundraising

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 mid-tier donors and serve as their primary contact.
• Develop cultivation and stewardship plans, solicit renewals and upgrades, coordinate donor recognition, and work with board members and volunteers on major-gift pipeline development.
• Collaborate on annual and seasonal campaigns, write donor communications, support fundraising events, and process gifts and maintain donor records and reports in Salesforce NPSP.
