What you'll do

• Collaborate with the psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator
• use evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• develop, personalize, and update treatment plans
• provide group therapy as the main focus, individual sessions, and family therapy as needed
• complete Medicare-compliant documentation within designated timeframes
• assist with local community education.
