District General Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the district installation and operations business plan
• lead district teams and connect sales, installation, and service functions
• coordinate project scoping and execution
• manage branch P&L goals, budgets, and metrics
• direct cost controls, accounts receivable, safety, technician staffing, and labor planning
• develop leaders and improve team performance
• provide feedback and complete performance appraisals.
