What you'll do

• Own communication with third-party delivery and catering partners
• develop and execute off-premise and delivery strategy
• test and implement platform features and integrations
• analyze sales and operational data and monitor KPIs
• build forecasting tools and dashboards
• partner with Operations on prep, handoff, and packaging standards
• develop training materials
• troubleshoot platform issues
• coordinate promotions and digital merchandising with Marketing
• partner with Culinary and Menu teams on off-premise offerings
• evaluate technologies and lead provider negotiations and cross-functional projects.
