- Manage borrower relationships from application through closing
- process residential, home-equity loan, and home-equity line applications
- prepare files for underwriting and compliant disclosures
- monitor loan pipelines and deadlines
- prepare closing packages
- coordinate closings with attorneys and bank colleagues
- send closing documents electronically
- and assist with audit and examination information.
