What you'll do

• Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and guidance
• support staff development and best practices
• lead interviews and credentialing
• chair or co-chair the QAPI Committee quarterly
• assist with Department of Health survey preparation
• lead new clinical programs
• stay informed about geriatric and long-term care developments
• provide direct resident care.
