What you'll do

• Remove food from plates
• pre-rinse dishes, glasses, and tableware and load them into the dishwasher. Unload and put items away in designated areas, sweep and mop floors, monitor detergent and cleaning supplies, follow health and safety guidelines, participate in team meetings, and perform assigned cleaning duties.
