The Director, Fundraising Campaigns & Volunteer Engagement role is hybrid in Bethesda, MD, with two days per week in the office and three remote. Compensation is $90,000–$100,000 per year. The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation works to cure Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and improve quality of life for affected people. The director leads fundraising strategy and execution, engaging staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners to generate revenue and awareness for the Foundation’s mission. The role also supervises fundraising staff, supports major-gift development, and coordinates volunteer engagement across campaigns and events.

What you'll do

• Oversee fundraising staff and chapter peer-to-peer and special events
• develop annual operational plans, budgets, timelines, and campaign strategies
• monitor revenue goals and use data to adjust plans
• cultivate corporate, healthcare, and community partners
• coach and supervise staff
• partner on major-gift prospecting and stewardship
• recruit and engage volunteers and support volunteer committees
• collaborate with national and regional staff.
