The Automation & Maintenance Technician role is an onsite, full-time position supporting TFT Global’s Brookville, OH operation. Compensation is $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience. The role helps maintain reliable equipment and automation systems at the operation.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, adjust and maintain mechanical and automated equipment
• support autonomous mobile robots, autonomous forklifts, robots and material automation systems
• respond to equipment faults
• perform preventive maintenance and corrective actions
• identify root causes and improvements
• calibrate basic sensors
• support new automation installations
• monitor performance
• coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and suppliers
• and help train operators on basic procedures and safe equipment interaction.
