By connecting leaders, information, and work across functions, the role equips the VP with insights and execution support for enterprise priorities.

What you'll do

• Maintain an integrated enterprise planning and performance calendar
• align priorities, measures, milestones, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting
• synthesize information into insights, risks, gaps, tradeoffs, and decision points
• track commitments, decisions, risks, actions, and dependencies
• coordinate Enterprise Operating Model and other strategic initiatives
• develop workplans and governance
• coordinate stakeholders and working sessions
• prepare Board, committee, CEO, and leadership forum materials
• draft presentations, reports, briefings, and summaries
• coordinate agendas, pre-work, and post-meeting actions
• maintain decision and action trackers
• improve planning, reporting, governance, and follow-through processes.
