Senior Information Security Engineer, Identity & Access Security

The Senior Information Security Engineer, Identity & Access Security role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, with work together in person three days per week. The annual salary range is $180,000–$200,000. The role supports Match Group’s Enterprise Security function across its portfolio of dating products. The role advances identity and access security across the company by shaping identity lifecycle controls, modernizing privileged access, integrating endpoint and SaaS security signals, and automating security work. It contributes to a unified security strategy while helping protect corporate access across devices, services, and data.

What you'll do

• Drive identity and access lifecycle strategy covering authentication, authorization, non-human and AI agent identities, privileged access, and just-in-time access.
• Harden Cloudflare ZTNA policies, integrate endpoint posture, SaaS security, and vulnerability management into access controls, and engineer automated solutions to reduce manual work.
