What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents and provide property tours
• assist with lease applications
• track leads and prospect interactions in the CRM
• serve current and prospective residents
• handle front desk inquiries, calls, and emails
• plan and execute resident events
• coordinate marketing content with the Social Media Intern
• maintain the tour path
• monitor competing properties and trends
• support outreach, campaigns, special projects, and team training.
