Process Technician, 3rd Shift

What you'll do

• Perform daily checks on Process Verification Sheets and Machine Daily Rounds
• respond to ANDON signals and take corrective action when necessary
• review production documentation and notify the Shift Supervisor when forms need replenishment
• document process changes
• support process monitoring, first-piece approval, mold changes, process pullout, adjustments, and preventive maintenance
• verify production runs to first-piece standards
• support production floor activities and supervise the shift if the supervisor is absent
• follow safety and 5S standards.
