The Head of Global Product Development & Integrity role is onsite in West Henrietta, NY. Compensation is not specified. The position establishes a multi-year product strategy and innovation roadmap, optimizes the portfolio, and aligns Product, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain. It exists to build a globally scalable, high-margin portfolio that meets tradespeople’s quality, compliance, and performance expectations.

What you'll do

• Define global product strategy and investment priorities
• lead roadmap reviews and stage-gate product development
• manage portfolio optimization, SKU rationalization, and product lifecycles
• use customer, market, and competitive insight to inform decisions
• align Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product on launches, pricing, sourcing, and regional adaptation
• lead product reviews and develop the global product team
• report roadmap progress, portfolio health, and risks to the CEO and leadership team.

Why this role
