The Member Service Representative / Teller role is onsite in Columbus, OH, near Riverside Hospital. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with a rotating Saturday shift from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Pay is $19–$20 per hour plus incentives. The representative assists members with financial transactions, account questions, and service issues while promoting relevant credit union products. The role also safeguards cash and confidential information and follows procedures to identify and prevent fraud.

What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• resolve complaints and account discrepancies
• answer member questions in person, online, and by phone
• identify and explain relevant credit union products and services
• balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies
• handle currency and confidential information responsibly
• identify potential fraud and follow financial and security procedures
• stay current on products, services, and fraud alerts.
