Restoration Lead Technician

Job overview

The Restoration Lead Technician role is onsite in Fremont, CA, with hourly compensation of $27–$35 and a $2,000 signing bonus. The technician coordinates and performs restoration project work as a front-line representative of SERVPRO of Palo Alto.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and perform scheduled production processes and quality control
• manage customer experience and satisfaction
• communicate expectations to and supervise restoration technicians
• maintain accurate job files
• manage labor and consumable use
• communicate project progress and issues to project managers and office staff
• follow OSHA safety guidelines
• protect equipment and materials
• and coach and train technicians.
