What you'll do

• Advise clients on executive compensation and employee benefits in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate transactions, and strategic business deals
• draft, review, and negotiate equity compensation arrangements, employment agreements, incentive plans, and transaction-related documentation
• collaborate with corporate, tax, and private equity deal teams
• counsel clients on compensation structuring and benefits considerations.
