What you'll do

• Lead and manage the dealership business office/accounting team
• oversee daily accounting and administrative operations
• ensure accuracy of financial schedules and reconciliations
• review general ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, and payables
• manage month-end and year-end closing
• analyze income, expenses, and account variances
• maintain internal controls and compliance
• ensure timely financial reporting
• partner with dealership management and department leaders
• support payroll and commission processes with HR
• train and develop team members.
