The Project Manager — Healthcare Architecture role is hybrid in HMC Architects’ Los Angeles or San Diego office, with three days in the office and the option to work from home Mondays and Fridays. What you'll do

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and billing
• serve as primary contact for clients, agencies, consultants, and stakeholders
• supervise and mentor project team members
• oversee design development, construction documents, specifications, and construction administration
• ensure design intent, quality, code compliance, and coordination
• manage correspondence, RFIs, change orders, contracts, and meeting documentation
• coordinate plan checks and approvals
• review cost estimates and project changes
• participate in proposals and client interviews.
