What you'll do

• Coordinate and assist with hotel maintenance
• complete preventive maintenance
• conduct fire and safety inspections and correct discrepancies
• maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire and life safety, room, kitchen, refrigeration, pool, lighting, and laundry systems as directed
• meet vendors
• obtain bids or cost estimates as directed
• pick up local supplies
• monitor tools and inventory
• maintain safe, clean work areas.
