What you'll do

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests
• respond to questions and concerns
• assist with account changes and billing inquiries
• explain memberships and amenities
• support tours and sign-ups
• process memberships, cancellations, and payments
• answer phones
• follow assigned opening and closing procedures
• perform cleaning duties and help maintain safe, organized club areas.
