The Web-Fed Thermoplastic Embossing Operator works onsite in Newburyport, MA. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour, with shift differentials of $1.75 per hour for second shift and $2.75 per hour for third shift. The role supports ITW’s production of holographic finishes and specified rolls. The operator runs embossing and slitting equipment, adjusts process settings, and checks product quality to keep production runs on schedule and within specifications. Accurate documentation, safe material handling, and coordination with the team lead support consistent manufacturing output.

What you'll do

• Read production schedules and plan changeovers
• stage materials
• operate and feed embossing and slitting machinery
• align rollers and blades
• adjust temperature, speed, and flow
• detect and correct defects
• document quantities and perform quality checks
• load and unload materials
• clean equipment
• handle materials with carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts
• follow solvent handling procedures
• cross-train and assist other operators.
