What you'll do

• Identify express repairs and schedule vehicles
• document collision damage and prepare repair plans after disassembly
• support compliance with original-equipment standards, insurer program requirements, refinishing guidelines, and ADAS scanning and calibration requirements
• check repair quality
• source and receive parts
• maintain accurate estimates, bills, customer authorizations, and repair records
• communicate with customers and support vehicle delivery.
