What you'll do

• Supervise team leaders and cleaners
• uphold company policies and customer service standards
• follow operational standards for training, cost control, quality, safety, and on-time service
• schedule new-hire training
• conduct performance evaluations
• document employee issues
• manage budgeted account hours and cleaning supply inventory
• maintain equipment
• inspect buildings and resolve deficiencies
• address customer issues and document them in CRM
• oversee project work
• provide nightly reports
• check and report employee hours daily by 10 a.m.
