Agile Innovation Manager

What you'll do

• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
• partner with the Project Owner and Marketing Lead on innovation and commercialization
• build and manage project timelines
• coach the pod on agile principles
• identify and resolve impediments
• track agile metrics and report progress
• document sprint goals, backlog items, decisions, and velocity
• align cross-functional pod members
• tailor workflows to physical product innovation
• refine the product backlog with the Pod Lead and partners.
