What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair property systems and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, HVAC, and painting
• perform interior and exterior building and grounds maintenance and light janitorial work
• schedule unit turnovers with approved contractors and manage related inventory
• respond to resident service requests
• participate in snow preparation and removal, move-in/out inspections, and preventive maintenance
• document maintenance activities using company technology
• respond to periodic after-hours emergency maintenance requests as part of the designated on-call rotation.
