The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Rockland, MA, with compensation of $42–$47 per hour, including differentials. South Shore Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center provides rehabilitation and skilled nursing care to residents. The nurse delivers direct resident care and supervises nursing assistants, helping meet residents’ nursing and rehabilitation needs while maintaining accurate records, safe medication practices, and continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants
• maintain resident care plans
• provide nursing care, treatments, dressings, and physician-ordered care
• transcribe orders
• review records and document nursing notes
• assess residents
• report significant findings
• administer and control medications safely
• initiate emergency procedures
• and protect resident health information.
