What you'll do

• Manage trainer documentation and curriculum development teams
• coordinate department activities, staffing, costs, and methods
• supervise, hire, mentor, and develop staff
• coordinate technical inputs for proposals
• lead cross-domain discussions on requirements changes
• identify and mitigate technical and organizational risks
• collaborate with managers and program managers
• support schedules and budgets through earned value management
• direct workflow to meet delivery requirements
• communicate with customers, project teams, and internal management. Travel may be required. Secret security clearance is required at hire, and U.S. citizenship is required.
