What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, surfaces, and utensils
• follow and document sanitation schedules
• clean floors, walls, and ceilings
• dispose of waste and recycling
• disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning as needed
• inspect sanitation tools and report defects
• follow OSHA, FDA, and company guidelines
• support inspections and audits
• replenish and properly store sanitation supplies and chemicals.
