The Skilled Caregiver role is onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, providing care in clients’ homes. Compensation is $20 per hour. CareBuilders at Home supports clients and their families through home care services. The caregiver assists clients with daily living activities and household tasks, provides medication reminders, prepares meals, monitors and reports changes in client condition, and maintains care records. The role contributes to clients’ day-to-day support and continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily living activities
• provide medication reminders
• prepare and serve meals and snacks
• assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning
• monitor and report changes in client condition
• maintain accurate client care records
• transfer clients as needed, including use of a Hoyer lift or sit-to-stand equipment.
