What you'll do

• Develop recruitment strategies targeting freight brokers
• source candidates through job boards, platforms, networks, direct sourcing, and referrals
• maintain a candidate pipeline
• conduct screening and structured interviews
• assess freight-brokerage knowledge and candidate fit
• collaborate with hiring managers and departmental heads
• report recruitment progress
• track and analyze hiring metrics
• prepare reports on time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
• improve recruitment processes using data and feedback.
