Early Childhood Educator Assistant

The Early Childhood Educator Assistant role is onsite in Liberty Hill, TX, with compensation of $15–$17 per hour. Hilltop Children’s Center provides an early learning environment for young children. The assistant helps create a safe, respectful classroom where children can learn through developmentally appropriate activities and play. The role supports children’s daily routines, communicates with families, and helps maintain an organized, healthy classroom in line with center policies and licensing expectations.

What you'll do

• Supervise children and support their safety
• prepare and organize curriculum plans and classroom activities
• lead indoor and outdoor play and hands-on learning
• follow daily routines for meals, rest, transitions, and outdoor play
• assist with toilet training and diaper changing when needed
• communicate with parents
• maintain a clean and age-appropriate classroom
• record children’s daily activities
• attend meetings and required training.

Why this role

Experience is welcome but not required. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, background checks, proficient spoken and written English, and availability for scheduled hours between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
